The Training provided by the Brokerage was very thorough , detailed and covers all areas of Real Estate Transaction. The One on One meeting with my mentor and quarterly meeting with the Broker of Record helps a lot as it holds me accountable and keeps me on track. We have access to meeting rooms/facilities at the Brokerage Office to meet with our Clients. The Monthly Sales Team meeting keep us up to date with what is going on in the industry.
